Billing Care: Duplicate Packages Are Listed in Subscription Area (Doc ID 2875665.1)

Symptoms

Following behavior is observed in Billing Care:

  1. Duplicate Packages are listed in subscription area, wherein it is expected to reflect only once.
  2. When an attempt is made to cancel the duplicated packages, it ends up cancelling all the products

Steps:

1. Login to billing care
2. Click on “New Account”
3. Select package and continue
4. Enter payment details and continue.
5. Account gets created

Click on subscription: Duplicate Packages are listing in subscription area
