Searches Within The Inquiry Screen Only Shows Data When Exported To Excel But Not On Screen (Doc ID 2875668.1)

On : 11.2.5.0 version, General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Following an upgrade from v11.2.4.3 to v11.2.5.0, users are unable to display any data on the Inquiry Screen.
A user must export the data to view it.
This appears to be occurring with ALL inquiries.
This issue does not occur under v11.2.4.3.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Data should be displayed on screen as it was under previous version in v11.2.4.3.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Execute an Inquiry Screen such as ECBS Invoice History.
2. Validate no data displays on the Screen.
3. Export data to validate the data is available.
