Huge archive log generation in EDQ Schema for CS batch (Doc ID 2875872.1)

Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Execute the EDQ services (customer screening and watchlist management) jobs

Step 2 : validate the achieve logs in DB

Step 3 : Check Redo logs generates averaging about 110 GB of achieve logs

Expected result :

Archive logs generation should be less while running the CS batches.

Issue Encountered :

Customer Service Batches generating huge logs (average 110 GB achieve logs.) and resulting in DB interrupt and Job Failure.
