When assigning sourcing rules the field Item/Category is grey and not accessible, unless clicked on.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the field to be editable and not have to click on it for it to become editable.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. NAV: Purchasing / Supply Base / Assign Sourcing Rules
2. Add record, Item/Category field appears uneditable.
3. Once clicked on, Item/Category field becomes editable.
