Enable the following in dm_fusa/pin.conf:
- dm_fusa sd_descriptor_flag 1

1. Problem: Without any other changes, dm_fusa begins to generate invalid "M" records in Paymentech batches.
2. Problem: With added sd_*dba, sd_*_pdt and sd_*_phone entries in pin.conf, the default "M" record generated in the batch is duplicated once per transaction or worse corrupted to an empty record.
3. Challenge: Enable use of Paymtench-configured defaults even when sd_descriptor_flag is enabled.
