Symptoms

One user was preparing a cloud native environment using the existing Database (DB) which was connected to an on-premises environment.

Steps performed:
1. Use Out of the Box (OOTB) oc-cn-init-db-helm-chart
2. Prepare the override-values.yaml
3. Perform Helm install for init_schema
