Symptoms
Steps to reproduce:
Step1: Message was sent for screening
Step2: The response was hold as per the response in UI screen
Expected Behavior:
An alert in alert summary screen with status Hold immediately
Actual Behavior:
Unable to find the alert in alert summary screen for about 1 minute
