Multi EDQ configuration - filter condition working but data_dump_dt and data origin not working correctly. (Doc ID 2876562.1)

Symptoms

Steps to Reproduce:
Step1: Add the edqServerName and condition in input parameter definition screen as per section 11.1 Adding Input Parameters for the CallEDQ Task of Oracle Financial Services Customer Screening Administration Guide Release 8.0.8.0.0.
Step2: Give condition in call_EDQ task in batch
Step3: Execute the Batch

Expected Behavior:
The batch should automatically pickup customers after filtering based on data_dump_dt and data origin

Actual Behavior:
The batch is picking up only customers of type IND, but it is not filtering on data_dump_dt and data origin.
