ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Performance: 'Account Condition Locked by other users' errors received
During the User Load Test team members received an ‘Account Condition Locked by other users’ error when processing payments / posting adjustment transactions and cancelling accounts. This was thought to be due to QCC jobs running in the background. So,killed the jobs and at a later time the transactions were able to be processed successfully.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should not throw the error message ‘Account Condition Locked by other users’ during performance load test.
