Goal
Qn1:Why students are unable to accept single-term loans in SFP ?
When a student enters exactly a third in the “Another Amount” option and it will not allow us to complete the process. The workaround is to create a form where the student gives us permission to go in and change the status of their loan to a single term loan with “Fund Not Accepted” and 0 on the Accepted Amounts in the terms that the loan would not be needed on the SFP side. Which would then turn this loan into a manual process. This has happened to every student who has made this request.
