Symptoms

Unable to launch application when clicked on EDQ Director.

Steps to reproduce:
Step 1:Click on the EDQ URL.

Step 2: Click on Director.

Step 3: Click on JNLP

Expected result:
Director should open

Actual result:
Director is not opening , getting error.

Error:

Unable to launch the application.
