Symptoms

On Oracle Life Sciences Data Hub (LSH) 3.1.1 version,

When attempting to install a Program View,
the following error occurs:

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Create a Program of type View having a SELECT statement over a large number of columns (over 450).
2. Install the Program.
