Unable to Set Up Store CFA Through File Upload in MFCS (Doc ID 2877419.1)

 Customer reports that they are attempting to delete and recreate existing stores in CFA in MFCS via upload, however when doing so found the foundation data is missing the CFAs, although the foundation data itself is present.
