On : 19.0.1 version, Pricing - Documentation
After creating an offer in worksheet status through induction, when trying to approve it (also through induction),
pricing generates an "OfferHeaderUpdate" message instead of an "OfferCreate" message in the rpm_price_event_payload.message_type table
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a promo/offer in worksheet status through induction
2. Through induction, activete the same promo/offer
3. Observe that in rpm_price_event_payload was created a "OfferHeaderUpdate" instead of "OfferCreate"
