Not Able To Enable User Account (Doc ID 2877784.1)

Console > Access Management > Users > Select User > Uncheck the 'Account Disabled' check box.
As a user with Global Admin User Role, while attempting to enable a user account the following error message is presented in a popup:

Argus Console -- Webpage Dialog
The following exception has occurred: Database Error has occurred. Please contact your System Administrator.
