When users select the Add Coverages drop down is being populated which results in a Coverage Screen Crash.
The system populates the 'Add Segments' drop down in the Coverage screen, the script is returning empty or
missing results especially when same Segment names are being used in more than one un related Products (OIPA & OINB).

The UI is running into java script error when rendering the Coverage Screen as it is expecting some data to be populated in the drop down.
The script needs to be fixed to return all the Segment names that are part of given product hierarchy (OINB).

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into OIPA application.
2. Navigate to the Policy.
3. Click on the Segment Menu.
4. The system will attempt to load the Segment Screen with all of the Segment names.
