Error While Processing RTV Cancellation Message From RMS-SIM

Symptoms
In Store Inventory Management (SIM), When an RTV is canceled in SIM with the Close and reject button, a message arrives from RMS to the SIM(MPS_STAGED_MESSAGE) and this remains as an error.
Error:
Vendor Return cannot be modified. Return: 100006834 Status: CANCELED_REQUEST
Steps To Reproduce:
1. An RTV is created in RMS and remains in approved status.
2. Validate RTV in SIM which should be approved status
3. In SIM the RTV rejected with the close or delete button.
5. Observe the error in MPS_STAGED_MESSAGE
