Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Lease AOB is defaulting to 'PROPORTIONATE' for Lease recovery type.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should load the lease recovery type as Fixed instead of 'PROPORTIONATE'.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create contract set up with Lease Recovery type as 'FIXED'
2. Board the account.
3. Check the account level Lease recovery type.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot have the Lease AOB as FIXED instead its defaulting to 'PROPORTIONATE' for Lease recovery type.
