Cannot Create Franchise Order for Component Items in Pack (Doc ID 2878503.1)

Symptoms

 The Customer reports that when creating customer order from a franchise store upon completion they receive the following error: 

 

item (number) is not on Store Order replenishment. Hence requested quantity cannot exceed available quantity or need date should be before (date). Source/Location (source/location).
