GoodGuy Jurisdiction dropdown to be mapped with corresponding user Jurisdiction

Steps to reproduce:

Step 1: Login to TFANALYST

Step 2: Add good guy for that specific jurisdiction.

Step 3: Good guy drop down should show values for the particular jurisdiction.

Expected result:

Analyst should exempt the events that are mapped to that particular jurisdiction.

Actual result:

Analyst is able to see other jurisdiction.
