Symptoms

Cancel Discount does not consider Quantity to subtract

Create a service with a discount, with quantity 431 on August 1st.
Execute PCM_OP_SUBSCRIPTION_CANCEL_DISCOUNT with quantity 300 and END_T Aug 12 00:00:00 2021

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
--------------------
Discount cancelled (Status 3) with EFFECTIVE_T Aug 12 00:00:00 2021.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Discount with quantity 431 between August 1st and August 11th and quantity 131 between August 12th and 31st.
