Goal
Currently, the Record Locator Service(RLS) is unable to delete documents with large amount of metadata using ITI-62.
The purpose of this document is to provide the PL/SQL package and the corresponding readme document that can be used to delete metadata from the Oracle HRL-CORE 3.x/4.x tables.
