While tested with mid-session, Call Detail Record (CDR) triggers non-counter grant for auto Top-ups.
In discount sharing group (DSG), when new auto top up is granted, it is failing with "RATING_SEQUENCE_FAILURE" error.

1. Create owner account with auto top up bundle.

2. Create member account and discount sharing group.

3. Send update requests from member.

This step ensures the current data of owner is fully consumed and auto Top-up is triggered.

Here the active reservation is done on auto Top-up for new balance element, where current balance is 0.

4. Send update request to consume for auto top up.

Here the usage request is failing with "RATING_SEQUENCE_FAILURE" error even when there is only one active session, which is not expected.
