Dis-aggregation Is Not Working When a Pending Bill Has Both Normal and Ignored Transactions (Doc ID 2879118.1)

Last updated on JUNE 30, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Financial Services Revenue Management and Billing - Version 2.9.0.1.0 to 2.9.0.1.0 [Release 2.9]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Dis-aggregation is not working when a pending bill has both normal and ignored transactions. After the completion of dis-aggregation batches(C1-
DRSUA), the dis-aggregation request status is still in pending status. When the C1-IDENT batch is executed, it was noted that ignored transactions are not moved to the CI_DISAGG_TXN_PRITM_DETAIL and CI_DISAGG_BCHG_DETAIL tables. However, the completed transactions are successfully moved to these tables, as well as to the CI_TXN_DETAIL_STG table.
