PMF Picking Up Incorrect Rule Version During Execution

Symptoms
On OFSAAI 8.1.0:
PMF Process does not pick up the correct rule version.
Steps to Replicate:
1) Create a workflow and stich any rule in one of activity.
2) Navigate to RRF screen and perform some update in the rule and save it as a new version.
3) execute the PMF workflow.
PMF execution still goes with the older rule version and not with the latest version.
Business Impact:
Any new version of the rule is not getting updated in the PMF workflow execution.
Changes
Rule version got updated through the RRF screen.
