YTD 2nd Run Picking Normal Template For Same Financial Year. (Doc ID 2879410.1)

Symptoms

 YTD runs Template Scenario:

For Example: Transition Date - 1-Jan-2021
First Run - 31-Mar-2021
Second Run - 30 -June-2021

Since it's a YTD run, both the runs should pick up the transition template and pick opening balance as transition balance. But this is not happening, the second run is picking a normal template.
