DIH Connector Execution Fails With ODI-1298.

Steps to Replicate:

Create a insert connector with file type source.

In the source file ensure that the column which has French characters is almost the same size or near to the length of the target table column length.

example if the target table column length is 50, in the file ensure there are 48+ characters including the French characters.

execute the connector and in the SQLLoader logs , we can see the below error:
Record 1: Rejected - Error on table

column .ORA-12899: value too large for column <Column Name> (actual: <>, maximum:<>)

Business Impact:

Customer is unable to execute insert connectors if the source file has any French characters.
