Last updated on JUNE 27, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management for Process - Version and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Using PLM for Process, in some cases the country of origin is not saved.

Steps to replicate the issue:

  1. Open a spec and put in edit mode.
  2. Go to Formulation tab then open the Regulatory Breakdown.
  3. Enter some random components and % numbers. Enter some countries of origin in the component.
  4. Click Done to close the window.
  5. Click Save / Save & Close - Do not navigate out of the spec.
  6. Go back to the Formulation tab and open the Regulatory Breakdown window again to check your data - should be perfectly accurate at this stage.
  7. In edit mode, add some more countries to a different component.
  8. Click Done to close the window.
  9. Click Save / Save & Close.
  10. Now navigate out of the spec to another spec or log off.
  11. When you go back into your test spec or log back on and review your test spec, the second set of countries of origin entered on the second visit to the Regulatory Breakdown (in step 7) will be gone.
