Getting "Unauthorized" Error While Opening Attachment with Autovue for Agile PLM 21.0.2 (Doc ID 2879941.1)

Symptoms

While opening attachment using Autovue for Agile PLM 21.0.2, getting below error:

Error

Unauthorized


In AutoVue server log (log4j-roll.log), below error is generated:



Fact

Agile Application Server is version: 9.3.6.18.3


Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Web Client, and search and open an object with attachment
2. Go to Attachments tab, select the file and View
3. AutoVue window launches, but shows error "Unauthorized"
4. Check AutoVue server log (log4j-roll.log) under %AVS_Home%\bin\log
