Penpolcounterstatuses Is Being Sent in SNR Triggered for Unlimited Bundle Purchase (Doc ID 2880071.1)

While purchasing an unlimited bundle, in "policyCounterStatus" customer is sending empty value for the "activationTime" as the bundle purchase time, while in case of limited bundle the bundle validity expiry time is sent under "activationTime". There is an issue here for unlimited bundle which is in turn causing an issue at Policy charging Function (PCF) in allocating the appropriate Policy and Charging Control (PCC) rules.


  1. Attach a bundle to a subscriber which should provision a balance element (having policy counter with unlimited validity), example below:
