Pin_cmt Is Throwing Error "OPCODE_OR_FLIST_ERROR" While Loading Balances (Doc ID 2880112.1)

Using conversion manager tool (CMT), while loading the balances with credit limit fields in the input XML, pin_cmt is throwing error.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Prepare an input xml for an account along with balances information as below:
   
   

Note: It was observed that this error is thrown only when the table CFG_CREDIT_PROFILE_T has a sequence missing in REC_ID field. For example, see below table contents:

select * from CFG_CREDIT_PROFILE_T order by rec_id;

201 0 0 0 0
201 1 0 0 0 0 0
201 2 0 0 0 0
201 3 0 1000 0
201 5 -495 495 557056

See that REC_ID 4 is missing.
