Discount Sharing Member Accounts Cannot Consume Last 12KB Balance (Doc ID 2880144.1)

Symptoms

Customer with discount sharing accounts is not able to consume complete data given, which is causing 4012 error before reaching the last portion of the balance.

The user created a discount charging account, two members are attached with the owner.
Only members can browse, each member is having 2GB granted data.
When the member is left with 12KB, it is giving credit limit breach error (4012). Usage charge offering is having 10kb beat.

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Since policy specification is configured with 0MBPS when member reach 10kb, the user is expecting the change of policy.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create discount charging account and 2 members
2. Consume data on member account
