After Upgrading to 8.2.3.1 User not Able To Save/Edit/Delete Lab Data In Case (Doc ID 2880217.1)

Symptoms

In an environment recently upgraded to 8.2.3, user recently performed MedDRA Recode V25.0J .
This added J Terms into the database.

Wherever there was a 'J' term present in CASE_LAB_DATA , when the user edited any case lab data, the lab data that was already present became no longer visible in the User Interface (UI) despite being still present in the back end.

Also, adding more lab data to the case resulted in duplicate sort_id's in the back end despite making no edits of existing data.

Changes

 Upgrade to 8.2.3
