Goal
How to enable Internet Explorer Mode in Microsoft Edge to allow Java applets to load in P6 EPPM versions 17.12 and earlier.
Due to the retirement of Internet Explorer 11 by Microsoft in June 2022, the Internet Explorer Mode in Microsoft Edge can be utilized to continue using P6 EPPM versions that rely on Java applets. Although this mode can be used to continue utilizing versions of P6 EPPM that are reliant on Java applets, Oracle strongly recommends making plans to upgrade to a later version of P6 EPPM (18.8 or later) that no longer rely on Java applets therefore can be used with most modern web browsers.
