Discrepancies in CS Real-Time matches when using different business domains.
Steps to reproduce:
Step 1: Login to CS Application.
Step 2: Open real time screening.
Step 3: Provide the details and business domain as Default.
Step 4: Provide the details and business domain as General.
Cases should generate for the same record type even if the business domain is different.
Cases are generating but the record type is different if the business domain is different.
Business domain = General.
Business domain = Default.
