PCM_OP_CUST_SET_STATUS Is Only Changing Status Service But Not Of Purchased Products (Doc ID 2880449.1)

On : 12.0.0.4.0 version, Subscription Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The service is created in inactive state using PCM_OP_CUST_MODIFY_CUSTOMER opcode , While user are trying to change the status of the service ( using PCM_OP_CUST_SET_STATUS ) only the service status is getting changed .

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
While the status of the service is changes, the status change should propagate to the underlying purchased products as well.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a customer using PCM_OP_CUST_CREATE_CUSTOMER.
2. Add the services and products, in INACTIVE STATE, to the customer using PCM_OP_CUST_MODIFY_CUSTOMER.
3. Try to change the status of the service to ACTIVE using PCM_OP_CUST_SET_STATUS.
4. Only the status is service_t is changed to 10100 ( from 10102) but the products status is still INACTIVE ( status=2)
