Symptoms

After running batches via Operations > Simplified Batch, when reviewing the Task descriptions in BATCH_TASK, for some batches, the spaces in the Task descriptions are converted into the html tag "&nbsp".

For example, you have the following input:

Simplified Batch Name: Test_Simple_Batch1
Rule Name in batch: Test Static Driver

The following is output to the BATCH_TASK table in the config schema:

V_BATCH_RUN_ID: OFSALMINFO_Test_Simple_Batch1_19991231_1
V_TASK_DESCRIPTION: Test Static Driver

This issue seems to occur when the Simplified Batch name contains underscores "_" and selected Rule names contain spaces.
