SQL Statements Will Not Work After Upgrading From 12.2.4 To 12.2.10

Symptoms
On : 12.2.10 version, Workflow, Non-Production Environment
When attempting to run Workflow with condition step of SQL statements having DML statements will not work went upgrading from 12.2.4 to 12.2.10.
Condition steps are missing after upgraded from 12.2.4 to 12.2.10. When try to add them back from production instance, can not save the changes. Receive an error when validate the workflows.
the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgraded from 12.2.4 to 12.2.10
2. Applied recommended patches
3. Log into the Demantra local application:dm/dm
4. Select Workflow Management from Settings and Actions
5. Run workflow which has condition step of DML SQL
6. Does not run successfully
7. Edit and validate , error occurs
