Not Able To Extract The Zip Files Downloaded From File Management Dashboard UI (Doc ID 2880701.1)

Symptoms

On RMB v2.9.0.1.0, Not able to extract the Zip files downloaded from file management dashboard UI.

There is error opening the zip file from RMB File Management System UI.
The error is not coming when the file is downloaded directly from server.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------------
Unable to unzip the downloaded zip formatted file from ORMB file management dash board. Following error is occurring:

Error:
Unexpected end of data.
Warnings:
Headers Error
Data error: Name of the file.PDF
 
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------------------------
Downloaded zip file should open up fine and match the file size.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the File management Dashboard.
2. Go to reports folder.
3. Download the ZIP
  - Files from server.Download is successful.
4. When we tried to unzip the zip file, getting mentioned error.
  - Also the downloaded file size is not matching with what is showing in the UI/server. We are not facing this error when we downloaded the file directly from the server.
