Symptoms

User want to make comment as mandatory while marking any event suspicious or clean.

An analyst is able to make decision on events without entering any comment in

the pop-up comment box both in CS and TF. Previously it was mandatory for any
analyst to enter any standard or manual comment while marking any event
suspicious or clean.
The system, as it was working before, should always make mandatory for the
analysts to include a comment in the popup comment box.
