Symptoms

Step 1 : Post the below message with OUTBOUND selected and click on check
using below URL

http://celvpvm04653.us.oracle.com:7001/SEPATFLT/Sanctions.jsp

Step 2 : Check if it is clean message
Assessment: Transaction Filtering ISO20022 Real-time Assessment :: score: 0.0
System ERROR. Please contact administrator. Additional Details::: Message
Direction: OUTBOUND :::: BUSINESS_UNIT_ID: :::: BRANCH_NUMBER:

Step 3 : Check in JMS hold queue for jms response for MSGREFID and
TRANSINTREFID value is not correct.
