Many PFT Screens Either Hanging or Blank After Upgrading to PFT 8074

Symptoms
On PFT 8.0.7.4.0, after clicking Undo from Allocation History, nothing happens. Instance was recently upgraded from 8.0.2.1. Screen was previously blank due to some Weblogic configuration. Now the screen comes up, but when trying to Undo an Allocation from the Allocation Execution History User Interface (UI) nothing happens and the screen just spins hourglass. Single Allocation is also not working.
Multiple screens are not working. Not able to update or see Application Preferences UI or create any new allocations.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade to PFT 8.0.7.4.0
2. Navigate to Profitability Management -> Allocation Execution History
3. Select an Allocation to Undo and Click Undo on the next screen.
==> The screen just hangs.
