Symptoms

On : 16.0.3 version, System Administration


 The reason code 'CBQ' (Charge Back Quantity) is not available when setting up tolerances in favor of retailer


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
  1. Open tolerance creation screen on application.
  2. Create tolerance for quantity.
  3. Search for reason codes CBQ.
