While starting up Agile Application Server, see below error for opss-rest generated in Agile Application Server log:

Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Start Agile Application Server
2. Check Agile Application Server log.
   For Windows server where Agile Application Server is started from Window service, stdout.log under %Agile_Home%\agileDomain\servers\{servername}-Agile\logs.
