Symptoms

The Customer screening batch is taking two days of time for a successful execution after installing sanctions patch 8.0.8.2.9

Steps to Reproduce Problem
--------------------------
1) install sanctions patch 8.0.8.2.9
2) Run the CS batch which populates and maps alerts to queue
3) observe the execution time and the CS_POPULATE_QUEUE.log size
