On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC / NCC) 6.0.1 version:

How we can check Home Routing Number (HRN) expiration timer? Can it be changed to max 20 seconds?

Scenario is like this:
In “connect messages” customer is providing a Temporary Assigned Number refered as HRN  (Home Routing Number).
By analysing the pcap trace - it was observed a 17seconds delay between the connect message (where IN-SLC (Service Logic Center) set the destination HRN number) and the SIP invite sent by Mobile Switching Center (MSC).
Due to Delay of17 seconds, IN-SLC replying 404 not found.
