Geographic Area Drop-down Fields Are Out of Sequence on the Telephone Numbers Window (Doc ID 2882141.1)

The Geographic Area search by feature in the Telephone Numbers window (w_tn) does not work properly. The problem appears to be related to the drop-down fields in the Geographic Area frame of the window being out of sequence in relation to the data being auto-populated. For example, the fields in the Geographic Area frame are positioned/ordered as depicted and shown below when the Telephone Numbers search window's "Country" and "Telephone Number Format " drop-down list box values are "United States" and "The complete US telephone number format." respectively. Note the value "United States" is auto-populated for the CITY Geographic Area. The logical Geographic Area order for the "United States" would be COUNTRY, STATE, and CITY.
