Symptoms
When attempting to upload and download files from Agile Web Client
the following error occurs.
ERROR
Your Preferred File Manager is not accessible. Please contact the system administrator".
Can't get or upload files
The File Manager log file which is located under [Agile home]\Filemanager\logs\stdout.log shows
STEPS
- Log into Agile Web Client
- Open any object and click on the Attachments tab
- Add a file attachment to upload
- Error appears in the browser
