Symptoms

On : 6.2.3.0 version, Installation, Migration, and Upgrade Issues

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Specific User is not receiving mail for the items in the New Product Development (NPD) inbox.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
All User should receive mail for the items in the New Product Development (NPD) inbox without any issue or error.

WORKAROUND
Need to check the NPD Inbox, Customer still looking for permanent solution.

USER IMPACT
Specific User.

OTHER DETAILS:
Previously it is working fine.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Log into Agile PLM For Process Application as Specific User

2. User is not receiving mail for the items in the NPD inbox.
3. User is supposed to receive mails in her Outlook, but not receiving it.
4. User has Material Administrator role. For two weeks user is facing this issue.
