Symptoms

On : 9.3.6.0 version, Web Client

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Unable to open Report templates from Agile PLM Web Client

ERROR:
Unable to save your changes. You have one error.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Able to open Report Templates without any issue.

WORKAROUND
No workaround available

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a browser and Launch Agile PLM Web Client using url http://localhost:port/Agile/PLMServlet
2. Log into Agile PLM Web Client
3. In Home page, Go to Tools and Settings -> Administration -> Report Templates
4. Report Templates Popup New Window with Error.
